Donations Process

  • Donations to People's Planet can be made securely through our website using the payment gateway. When you proceed with a donation, you will be redirected to the payment portal to complete the transaction.

Donation Confirmation

  • Upon successful completion of your donation transaction, you will receive an email confirmation from People's Planet acknowledging receipt of your donation.

  • Please retain this confirmation email for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable time after making your donation, please contact us at mail@peoplesplanet.in

Refund Policy:

  • Donations made to People's Planet are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded

Payment Gateway Security:

  • People's Planet uses Razorpay, a secure online payment gateway, to process donations. Razorpay employs industry-standard security protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your payment information.

  • Your payment details are encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. ACT does not store or have access to your complete payment details.

Donation Receipts:

  • People's Planet issues donation receipts to donors for all contributions made to the organization. Donation receipts are typically sent via email within a reasonable time after the donation is processed.
